Description
Would you like your children to develop a love of books while learning to express themselves with confidence? This series of fun workshops offers a supportive and reassuring environment, ideal for helping young people grow and thrive.
Through captivating stories, children discover the joy of reading and cultivate their curiosity about books. Each activity encourages them to collaborate, listen to others, and build together, fostering a true team spirit. Taking turns, they read and retell stories in front of the group, which helps them quickly understand what they’re reading and speak confidently in front of an audience.
Guided with kindness and enthusiasm, the children progress at their own pace in an environment where every attempt is valued. They leave with new skills as readers, teammates, and storytellers, ready to let their voices be heard far beyond the workshop.

The Power of Stories to Unleash Voices
For the past four years, Aurore Liang has been leading this workshop in French-speaking elementary schools in Montreal. She has worked with more than 2,000 students and has observed the same phenomenon: sometimes all it takes is sparking a child’s curiosity to reveal their potential.
She is always moved to see young people take the initiative to read, explore, and create together. Working as a team, they seek out original ways to present a story, build their confidence in front of the group, and discover the joy of sharing a story with their classmates.
It is this transformation—both simple and profound—that fuels Aurore Liang’s desire to continue supporting young people as they develop their creativity and confidence through public speaking.
